As a Professional Realtor®, I will do most of the research for my clients so they can make an educated decision when buying or selling a property. I do not make decisions for them. I simply educate them so they can make the best decision.
I have a history of getting the most challenging deal to work with and always come up with an ideal to make them work for the buyer and the seller.
I have rehabbed and sold several homes of my own, and most of my friends are in the trades, which gives me a lot of insight. I use my knowledge and experience to help my clients pick a solid house or know what to update before putting their home on the market.
When I'm not working, I enjoy volleyball, scuba diving, cooking, remodeling, gardening and hunting.
